The book on Engineering Education highlights the rapid development of this field, with universities worldwide establishing dedicated departments. In India, the unique ‘hub-and-spoke’ university system poses challenges for uniformly developing an Outcome-based Curriculum (OBC). This book, the first of its kind in India, aims to address this gap by serving as a comprehensive guide for planning, designing, and implementing OBC in engineering institutions. It covers various aspects of Outcome-based Teaching Learning (OBTL) and Outcome-based Assessment (OBA), enriched with numerous examples and formats.
