The document discusses the importance of developing a training curriculum as a crucial step in successful training projects. It highlights the need for careful planning, data collection, and analysis to ensure the curriculum meets real training needs. While JICA experts are skilled in their fields, they may lack experience in effective knowledge transfer, so a standardized procedure is being created to guide them. Initially, a simplified vocational training model is being used, based on Japan’s Ministry of Labour curricula. These will be modified and adapted to fit the specific training conditions of the target country, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
