Abstract:
|
The IMEN project in Nepal (2019–2024) aimed to improve early-grade mathematics education by developing student workbooks and teacher guides, training teachers, and strengthening educational support through headteacher and local government training. Initially, JICA experts conducted a status survey, followed by long-term experts managing key outputs. A separate contract for educational support began in 2020 but was later merged with all project activities in 2021 for better coordination.
